2. Purchasing Points

  • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for:
    • Unused points/credits.
    • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated itineraries (e.g., destination suggestions, activity recommendations).
    • Accidental purchases (users must confirm point amounts before checkout).

3. Technical Issues
If a technical error prevents you from using credits or accessing the AI Trip Planner:
